Orders ship from Brooklyn, NY within 1–2 business days via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order goes out.

- Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days.

Returns
If Lucky 8 Ball isn't working out, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because this is a personal care product, we can't restock opened bottles — but we'd rather fix the situation than argue about it.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reach out with your order number and a photo (if applicable) and we'll ship a replacement.
